Meeting Room

The meeting room was a part of the original hall house that predates the building of the Great Hall in 1430. The room is square with 2 large doors into the room and has a further door that opens out onto the garden.

This room is ideal for meetings, workshops and talks. It can be hired independently at an hourly or daily rate. The minimum period of hire is 2 hours.

There is a slim, metal supporting post in the middle of the room and the floor is tiled.

Gallery

This space incorporates the original exterior of Dragon Hall within a light and airy contemporary glass extension, and is the perfect marriage of the medieval with the modern. It overlooks the beautiful courtyard garden and is ideal for welcome drinks or a celebratory glass of champagne after a wedding ceremony. It is also where you can dance to live music or a DJ. The Gallery is usually hired in conjunction with the main hall and the garden, but may be hired out for small receptions or gatherings.

Dimensions approximately 14  x 4 m.

Courtyard Garden

Dragon Hall is one of only a few city centre venues that has a private and enclosed garden. The dimensions are approximately 21 x 14 m.  This beautiful space, well-tended and stocked with flowers and herbs, provides a lovely additional outdoor space for functions in good weather.
