Dragon Hall is proud to be the centre for the Norwich Twinning Associations. The twinning associations work to create links of friendship and understanding with towns and cities worldwide. Norwich is twinned with Rouen in France, Koblenz in Germany, Novi Sad in Serbia and most recently El Viejo in Nicaragua.
