We are particularly keen to recruit members of our local community who have one or more of the following skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of Education and Learning
- Knowledge and experience of working in the Museums/Heritage sector
- Excellent Business Skills and Financial Awareness
- Expertise in Fundraising and Development
- Expertise in Marketing
- Community Engagement
The Board is responsible for setting the strategy and policies and guides and supports the Director and staff.
Board meetings are held approximately every two months at Dragon Hall, usually on Tuesdays between 5pm and 7pm, but this can change depending upon the availability of members.
Board members are also expected to commit additional time of 2 days a month or more on specific activities related to their role, such as providing specialist advice and guidance for staff.
All Board members are required to become Members of The Norfolk & Norwich Heritage Trust.
For more information please email info@dragonhall.org and we will arrange for one of our current Trustees to speak to you further.
